About Pezorqalune
Built to make optimisation simple, not optional
We started Pezorqalune because the tools available were either too complex for everyday teams or too shallow to matter. We set out to build something in between.
Our story
From a shared frustration to a focused product
Pezorqalune began as a response to a recurring problem: teams had the data they needed to improve their operations, but lacked a clear, repeatable way to act on it. Spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and one-off consultants weren't built for ongoing work.
Rather than add another dashboard to the pile, we focused on building a disciplined process — one that pairs careful analysis with practical recommendations teams can actually implement. That focus has shaped every decision we've made since.
Today, Pezorqalune supports organisations that want structured, ongoing improvement rather than a single audit that gathers dust after week one.
Our mission
Make meaningful optimisation accessible to every team
We believe improvement shouldn't require a specialist department or a six-month engagement. It should be a standard part of how a team operates.
Our mission is simple: give teams a clear, consistent method for finding inefficiencies and acting on them, without unnecessary complexity or guesswork.
We measure our own success by how usable our recommendations are — not by how sophisticated they sound. If a finding can't be turned into an action, we don't consider the work finished.
What guides our work
Our values
Principles that shape how we work
These aren't abstract ideals — they're the standards we hold ourselves to on every engagement.
Clarity over complexity
If a recommendation needs a glossary to understand, we haven't done our job. We aim for findings that are plain, specific, and immediately usable.
Evidence before opinion
Every suggestion we make is grounded in what the data actually shows, not in assumptions about what "should" work.
Accountability to outcomes
We treat our work as unfinished until a recommendation has been put into practice and its effect reviewed.
Our team
A small, focused group rather than a large, generic one
Pezorqalune is run by a team that prefers depth over breadth. Rather than spreading attention across unrelated services, we concentrate on doing one thing — optimisation — thoroughly and consistently.
We work closely with each client, rather than handing engagements off to rotating staff.
- —Direct collaboration with the people doing the analysis, not just account managers.
- —A consistent point of contact throughout each engagement.
- —A preference for depth in our focus area over diluted, generalist services.
